Self-Service Password Reset
Click "Forgot Password" on the C&F Bank login page. Enter the email address registered on your account. Within 60 seconds, you will receive an email containing a one-time verification link. Click the link (valid for 15 minutes) and create a new password. Requirements: minimum 10 characters, mixed upper and lower case, at least one number and one special character. Your new password cannot match any of your previous 12 passwords.
After resetting, you can immediately log in with your new password. The system will require full MFA verification on your next login regardless of trusted device status — this is a security precaution to ensure the password change was authorised.
